The District will be holding an election for the three four-year term board of director's seats. There are seven candidates nominated for the three open  board seats for the election.  This will be a mail-in ballot election.  Ballots will be mailed to registered voters within the District and actively registered Colorado voters who own property as a natural person within the District boundries.  Ballots will be mailed between April 14th and April 21st.  Ballots must be received at the District by 7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 6th of 2025 to be counted.  

The list of candidates are Peter Esselstyn, Jonathan Ferrell, Jennifer O'Brien, Carl Tucker, David Clayton, Nancy R. Grindlay, and Tomasz "Tom" Rolleczek.
